While there have been several mental health professionals who have mentioned that the effects of AI on mental health could be positive, others have also discussed the potential dangers. AI in the workforce for example is already replacing some jobs. What other effects of AI on society are yet to come that we might not be aware of? Is AI bad for humanity?

In today’s video, I want to talk about AI and mental health. ChatGPT from OpenAI has become massively popular, and users are using it for all kinds of things. However, just like you go to the gym to keep your muscles and body in check, how can we do the same for our brain. As AI is making some daily tasks easier for us, we’re having to use our brain less and less. What’s the equivalent of the gym and our bodies and keeping our brain in check? There may be warnings about ChatGPT that can heavily impact how we think and operate as humans that we might not be aware of yet.
