Start with the Knowledge Management template at https://gl.ink/3wUKLBF

If you're looking to make your company's information and documents accessible to anyone in your team, look no further. In this step-by-step tutorial, you will learn how to build a custom knowledge management app with no code. Streamlining all your company's documents and information into one centralized location has never been easier.

In the first step, you'll start with the Knowledge Management template, available at Glide's Template Store or through the link provided in the video's description. By creating a copy of this template in your account, you have the foundation for a powerful knowledge management system, suitable for various purposes such as employee onboarding, Learning Management Systems (LMS), product manuals, and FAQs. The template comes with three screens—products, documents, and users— and is compatible with mobile, desktop, and tablets for easy accessibility.

The next step involves importing your data. The template comes with three tables—Products, Documents, and FAQs—that can be seamlessly replaced with your own data using Glide Tables or linked to your existing company data source. Whether it's an Excel sheet or a cloud spreadsheet like Google Sheets, the process is seamless.

Customizing your app is the third step. By navigating to the settings, you can personalize the app by uploading your company logo and adjusting the appearance with colors and themes to match your brand.

The fourth step involves adding features that cater to your specific business needs. Glide allows you to incorporate voice recorders, barcode scanners, and advanced AI features, such as text extraction from images and chatbots, directly into the knowledge management system to enhance its functionality.

In the fifth and final step, you'll learn to set users and permissions, ensuring that your app remains private and only accessible to authorized individuals. This includes customizing privacy preferences and adding Single Sign-On (SSO) for enhanced security measures.

By the end of the tutorial, you'll have a comprehensive knowledge management app capable of centralizing the right information into the right hands at the right time.
