Airtable Pricing

Updated: Dec 16, 2022

Do you need to manage or organize data? If so, check out Airtable. Airtable is a cloud-based software that helps you manage and organize data in various ways. There are three different pricing plans: the free plan, the pro plan, and the business plan. This blog post will give a detailed overview of each pricing plan and what it includes. So, whether you're just starting or a business owner, read on to find out which Airtable pricing plan is right for you!

What Is Airtable, And What Are Its Features

Airtable is a cloud-based software that allows users to create, manage, and share relational databases. It offers a variety of features, including the ability to create custom views, forms, and reports, link records, and collaborate with others in real time.

Airtable also offers free and paid plans for personal use for business and enterprise customers. Paid plans start at $10 per month for five users and include more storage and collaboration features. Airtable's user interface is intuitive and easy to use, making it a good option for those new to database management.

How Does Airtable Pricing Work

The pricing is based on the number of bases and blocks you use. You can create an unlimited number of bases and blocks, but if you exceed the limit for your pricing plan, you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan.

There are three plans available: Free, Plus, and Pro. The Free plan includes 5 GB of file storage and 10,000 records per base.

The Plus plan includes 10 GB of file storage and 100,000 records per base.

The Pro plan includes 100 GB of file storage and 1 million records per base. Custom plans are also available for enterprise users.

Blocks are add-ons that extend the functionality of Airtable. They are available for free and paid plans. Some blocks, such as the Calendar block, are only available on the Pro plan. If you exceed the limits of your pricing plan, you'll need to upgrade to a higher plan or purchase a block pass to continue using the block.

Which Airtable Plan Is Right For You

Airtable plans are subscription-based, and there are four main plans to choose from: Free, Plus, Pro, and Enterprise. The Free plan is just that – free. You get all the basic features of Airtable with no strings attached. The Plus plan costs $10 per month and gives you 5 GB of file storage plus advanced features like auto-syncing and bulk operations.

The Pro plan starts at $20 per month and gives you 10 GB of file storage plus even more advanced features, like view history and Row-Level Permissions. And finally, the Enterprise plan is customized to fit the needs of larger businesses and organizations. It includes features like Admin roles and permissions, Single Sign-On (SSO), and priority support.

So which Airtable plan is right for you? It depends on your needs. The Free plan might be all you need if you need the basics. But a paid plan might be better if you need more storage or advanced features.

Alternatives To Airtable

Airtable is an excellent option for those needing a powerful yet simple database solution. However, there may be better fits for some. Here are three alternatives to Airtable that may be a better fit for your needs:

Google Sheets

Google Sheets is a free online spreadsheet app that provides many of the same features as Airtable. It is also easy to use and can be accessed from anywhere with an Internet connection. However, it lacks some of the more advanced features offered by Airtable, such as the ability to create forms and track collaboration.

Microsoft Access

Microsoft Access is a desktop database application that offers more features than Google Sheets and is more powerful than Airtable. However, it is also more expensive and requires a Windows operating system.

Filemaker Pro

Filemaker Pro is a cross-platform database application that offers many of the same features as Microsoft Access. It is also less expensive than Microsoft Access and does not require a Windows operating system. However, it lacks some of the advanced features offered by Airtable, such as the ability to create forms and track collaboration.

Smartsheet

If you're looking for a tool that offers more advanced features than Google Sheets but is still reasonably priced, Smartsheet may be a good option. Smartsheet provides all of the features of Airtable, plus additional features such as workflow automation, Gantt charts, and real-time collaboration. However, it's important to note that Smartsheet's pricing is tiered, so depending on your needs, it could be more expensive than Airtable.

Conclusion

Airtable's pricing is fair, and they offer a great product. Their customer service is excellent, and their features are top-notch. We highly recommend Airtable to anyone looking for a great online solution.
