In turn that solves:

- Workplace unhealth including burnout, high turnover, stress, politics, tensions, conflicting focuses, and others,
- Being too busy to solve the problem of being to busy,
- Rote process / unnecessary manual labor / manual entry errors / hiring workload and costs.

A company is essentially a stack of processes; culture is ~75% dictated by these processes.
Our work amounts to grassroots cultural transformation; the approach is connection oriented, (purist) agile design:

- Identify the first domino that creates space for iterating on workflows.
- Collaboratively design a first stab at a solution.
- Run a small test; learn and iterate.
- Repeat

This process immerses the client and org in collaborative, agile process design, avoiding the many expensive pitfalls of top-down policy-based "transformation".
